Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement & Sourcing
  • Supervise daily procurement operations for raw materials, packaging supplies, and operational needs
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and service performance
  • Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of required items to avoid operational disruption
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers
  • Cost Control & Supplier Management
  • Monitor market price trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure purchases are within approved budget and procurement policies
  • Maintain updated supplier database and accreditation records
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address supply issues immediately
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Review and approve Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Receiving Reports (RR)
  • Ensure all procurement transactions are properly documented and authorized
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and audit requirements
  • Inventory & Coordination
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Commissary, Production, and Operations teams regarding stock requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and spoilage
  • Support inventory reconciliation and audit activities
  • Leadership & Supervision
  • Supervise procurement staff and assign daily responsibilities
  • Monitor team productivity and compliance with procurement procedures
  • Provide coaching and process improvement recommendations
⚠️ Risk & Quality Management
  • Ensure all sourced materials meet required food safety and quality standards
  • Address supplier-related issues such as delays, quality complaints, or shortages
  • Identify procurement risks and recommend corrective actions
✅ Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
  • Experience in the food, bakery, restaurant, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and procurement processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and integrity
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
