The Institutional Sales Specialist manages and grows key accounts in assigned areas, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering company products and services that meet customer needs and expectations. He/She manages the business performance and operations of respective accounts in the assigned area; making sure every account is able to achieve optimum sales while maintaining acceptable payment collection cycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Institutional / B2B Sales Acumen
- Experience selling to hospitals, hotels, schools, government agencies, or large conglomerates
- Strong understanding of bidding, contracts, and account servicing
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ability to build long-term partnerships with procurement, admins, and decision-makers
- Skilled in account mapping and stakeholder management
- Negotiation & Closing Skills
- Confident in pricing discussions, volume programs, and contract terms
- Able to balance margin protection with customer value
- Sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
- Basic understanding of logistics, delivery lead times, and service-level commitments
- Proficient in MS Excel, sales reports
- Results-driven with strong ownership and accountability
- Service-oriented mindset with high follow-through
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently in the field
- Strong presentation and communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- Preferably with experience in institutional or B2B sales
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned territories
- Preferably living in North part of Davao City
