[Contractual] Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist

Job Summary

Support the organization’s growth by delivering timely hiring needs and administering impactful training and development programs that strengthen employee capability and performance.

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding
• Maintain and strengthen networks with manpower agencies, academe, job portals, and other talent sources
• Facilitate testing, candidate assessments, background checks, and pre‑employment requirements
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires
• Administer training and development activities, including training enrollment, coordination with providers, and training documentation
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure proper documentation and reporting of learning activities

• Graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and training
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced and highly dynamic environment
• Open to contractual employment (fixed-term) for 5 months
