We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be based in our Cagayan de Oro Warehouse. If you have at least one (1) year of solid experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, this could be the opportunity for you.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless delivery operations by monitoring truck movements, coordinating updates, and escalating delivery concerns when needed. Your contribution will directly support efficient and timely service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update Delivery On Time (DOT) records in the system, ensuring the accuracy, validity, and completeness of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and timestamps.
- Monitor truck movements and promptly escalate delivery-related issues.
- Prepare and submit truck delivery reports on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of solid experience as a Customer Service Specialist, preferably in supply chain and logistics.
- Proficient in MS Excel or spreadsheets
- Preferably a graduate of any business and engineering related programs / courses. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
- Knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management is a high advantage.
