About the Role
We are looking for a sales-driven and highly responsive Customer Service Associate to manage our online stores and help grow daily sales.
This is a performance-based role — your main goal is to convert inquiries into orders, upsell effectively, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
What You’ll Do- Sales & Customer Support
- Respond quickly to inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook
- Recommend products and guide customers to purchase
- Upsell bundles and add-ons to increase order value
- Build relationships with repeat customers
- Order Processing & Coordination
- Take and confirm orders from Facebook inquiries
- Book deliveries via Lalamove, J&T, or store delivery
- Coordinate clearly with the packer for accurate fulfillment
- Ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time
- Platform & Store Management
- Bump and refresh Shopee and Lazada ads every 4 hours
- Monitor chats, orders, and store activity
- Marketing Support
- Post regularly on Facebook Page and Marketplace
- Execute monthly SMS/text blast campaigns
- Support promos, bundles, and sales campaigns
- Experience in e-commerce, online selling, or customer service is an advantage
- Knows how to use Facebook (Page & Marketplace) for selling
- Able to create simple reports using Microsoft Word
- Strong sales skills and confident in closing customers
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Fast responder and able to handle multiple chats
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and delivery apps (preferred)
