Electrical Design Engineer - Makati

Design engineers are responsible for preparing technical drawings and also outline the specifications and characteristics of all electrical systems. You will support the execution and documentation of the projects that are currently being processed within the company.
As a design engineer, you need to ensure that all the work is being performed within the given timeline and the projects are being executed before the deadlines. You will also manage the proposals and bidding process of the company as well as maintaining the proposal requirements, their codes, procedures, and methods for improving the efficiency of every project.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide engineering support throughout the proposal and design phase of projects. It includes designing Solar PV systems including 1-line diagrams, array layouts, fence layout, and road layout. Layouts to be performed in AutoCAD.
- Demonstrate structural, mechanical, and electrical design skills with the ability to generate accurate, highly detailed construction drawings and documents using AutoCAD.
- Closely collaborate with project development and construction teams in the design, development, and construction of solar PV systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices to tasks, particularly when analyzing current technical tools.
- Manage client relationships and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 2-3 years experience as Electrical Design Engineer
- Preferably with solar experience
- Willing to be assigned on-site in Makati City.
