Human Resources Generalist
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and HR Administration. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, capable of handling end-to-end HR processes, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and multicultural work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department managers regarding staffing and manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain recruitment channels such as job portals, recruitment agencies, and campus partnerships.
- Employee Relations & HR Administration
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, regularization, transfers, movement, and resignation procedures.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance regarding company policies, compensation, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Maintain and organize employee records, HR databases, and confidential documents.
- Support employee engagement programs and company activities to promote a positive working environment.
- Assist in processing work visas and employment documentation for foreign employees when necessary.
- Processing of permits, licenses, and company registrations with relevant government offices.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Administer government-mandated benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other company benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientations, and internal training programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor employee development activities.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Work Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in multinational companies, manufacturing, e-commerce, or renewable energy industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
- Language Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage but not required.
- HR certifications or related professional training are an advantage.
- Experience recruiting technical or specialized positions is preferred.
- Experience in a multicultural or fast-paced work environment is a plus.
