Qualifications:

Graduate of any four year course
At least 2 years of experience in Hotel or Restaurant as purchasing
Familiar in procurement responsibilities
Good in negotiation with the supplier
Familiarity with sourcing strategies, supplier management, contract negotiation and legal aspects
Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms
Proficiency in evaluating, selecting, and managing supplier
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in purchase orders, contract terms
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously
