Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluates the administration of the New Hire Orientation of the HR Assistant; gives constructive feedback for continuous improvement of the program
- Maintains personal records of employees on matters such as salary, performance pay and allowances
- Ensures that all resigned employees have completed the exit clearance; no pending accountabilities or if any outstanding balance should properly endorse to the agencies subject for last pay deduction
- Assists in the implementation of the organizational changes; regularly accompanies the HR Manager in doing area visits
- Assists in the design, development and delivery of strategic and operations HR services of the organization
- Assists that HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies, practices and procedures, and ensures compliance of all staff
- Coordinates with the service providers on the issued incident reports.
