HR Staff - TIN Officer

The HR Staff – TIN Officer is responsible for the accurate processing, documentation, and maintenance of employee Tax Identification Number (TIN) records and related government compliance requirements. This role supports HR operations by ensuring timely submission, updating, and coordination of employee tax documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferably with administrative experience
- 6 months to 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role (required)
Required Skills:
- Beginner to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong documentation and data encoding skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal and people skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage employee TIN applications, updates, and records
- Maintain accurate and organized employee tax documentation
- Coordinate with employees regarding required documents and compliance requirements
- Assist in submission and tracking of government-related HR documents
- Encode and update records in HR databases and Excel files
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all submitted information
- Support general HR administrative tasks as needed
