This is for performance-driven Google Ads pros who specialize in local lead generation — generating real leads for U.S.-based service businesses like auto shops, contractors, med spas, and beyond.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re hiring a Google Ads Lead Generation Specialist with real experience running multiple small-budget service-based accounts — not eCommerce, not brand awareness, not general strategy. You’re a performance marketer who builds lean, effective funnels that convert.
- This is an execution role — you’ll be building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns daily.
- All campaigns drive leads through Go High Level, not Shopify or landing page builders.
- Budgets range from $33/day to $100+/day, and clients are typically small, local businesses.
- You should be comfortable managing 20+ active campaigns/accounts at once.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have run 20+ service-based Google Ads lead gen campaigns — consistently and profitably.
- Understand how to convert traffic into leads for local U.S. service businesses.
- Can build and optimize campaigns from scratch — copy, targeting, structure, testing.
- Are hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Have experience with Go High Level or similar CRMs/funnel tools.
- Launch and manage Google Ads lead gen campaigns for local service clients
- Research keywords and write compelling ad copy designed to drive conversions
- A/B test creatives, headlines, ad extensions, and landing pages
- Monitor campaigns daily and make proactive optimizations
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Managers, tech, landing page team)
- Report clearly on results, CPL, and optimization opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues with conversion tracking, form fills, call extensions, etc.
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience focused solely on local lead generation
- Proven success with 20+ small-budget service-based accounts
- Familiarity with daily budgets of $33–$100 and maximizing results within those limits
- Experience with call tracking, lead forms, CRM integrations (e.g., Go High Level)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Reliable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
- Bonus: Experience in automotive, home services, or med spa verticals
- Salary Range: $12K–$30K/year USD (based on experience)
- Fully remote (must be able to work 9AM–6PM EST)
