HR Specialist - Compensation and Benefits

We are currently need of HR SPECIALISTS – COMPENSATION AND BENEFTIS.

• Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs in compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and company-provided benefits.
• Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements on wages, benefits, and leave entitlements under the Labor Code of the Philippines.
• Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and statutory entitlements.
• Assist in the continuous review and improvement of compensation and benefits procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR specializing in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and related HR policies.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with employees, management, and external agencies.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing policies and regulations.
