About the Role
We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our growing team at CSV Now. This role is critical in ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with Philippine labor standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to support both payroll and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure proper statutory deductions and government compliance.
- Maintain and update employee payroll and attendance records.
- Coordinate with HR/Operations for attendance, overtime, and deductions.
- Prepare payroll-related reports and summaries for management.
- Handle payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in liquidation of expenses, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
- Perform other special assignments and related functions to support Finance and Operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Finance, Management Accounting, or any related course.
- At least 6 months proven payroll processing experience in a BPO environment.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable working with payroll systems/software.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools.
- Updated knowledge of Philippine Labor Standards, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Experience in attendance tracking, payroll adjustments, and liquidation is a plus.
Work Schedule & Setup:
- Must be amenable to work onsite near Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.
