OPERATIONS AND ADMIN ASSISTANT
An Operations Administrative Assistant supports the smooth and efficient operations of a team in the operations side of the company. You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support. The role requires great organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and should be a key player in ensuring that day-to-day operations support run seamlessly, helping the organization achieve its goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides general administrative and clerical functions including but not limited to document management, coordination, and activities to support management.
- Maintains hard copies and electronic filing system of all documents to ensure due diligence on documentation guidelines
- Performs data processing and monitors files from point of transfers and storage
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree or equivalent
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Business Course or equivalent
- Must have at least 1-year experience in general administrative functions, handling communications thru email, web and telephone
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledgeable in general clerical work, such as basic word processing, data entry, filing, customer service and bookkeeping
- Good communication skills and knowledge of business English (spelling, grammar)
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Good organization and time management skills
- Willing to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila
- Full time position
