Posted on 1 September 2025- Assist the immediate supervisor with all office tasks.
- Coordinate with accounting to meet government requirements.
- Demonstrates good communication skills and maintains strong client relationships.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Prepare invoices and official receipts (OR) and send billing to clients.
- Perform general legwork as needed.
- Organize company events.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Graduate of any business administration course, or a related field.
- Senior high graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
