  • Assist the immediate supervisor with all office tasks.
  • Coordinate with accounting to meet government requirements.
  • Demonstrates good communication skills and maintains strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Prepare invoices and official receipts (OR) and send billing to clients.
  • Perform general legwork as needed.
  • Organize company events.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Graduate of any business administration course, or a related field.
  • Senior high graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
