About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Chat Support Agent to join our growing team at Alorica Teleservices, Inc. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat channels.
What you'll be doing- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide product information, process orders, and handle returns and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience
- Continuously develop your skills to stay up-to-date with the latest customer service techniques and technologies
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
- Proficient in using computer and chat software applications
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
