About the role

We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our lively and fast-paced call centre team at Top Alliance. This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Antonio Makati City Metro Manila. As a CSR Pioneer, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service to help grow our business.

1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance
2. Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
3. Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to customers
4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
5. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues
6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
4. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
6. Energetic, adaptable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
