The Qualifications We Seek
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Australian residential lending or mortgage processing, including 1 year of AU mortgage admin support and credit management exposure
  • Required hands-on experience with ApplyOnline for loan lodgment, plus working knowledge of valuation platforms such as CoreLogic
  • Solid background in credit assessment within residential lending or mortgage application workflows
  • Experience supporting loan submissions, document checking, application follow-ups, and end-to-end processing requirements
  • Good understanding of Australian lending terms, lender guidelines, compliance standards, mortgage regulations, product updates, and application conditions
  • Strong ability to resolve processing issues, manage competing priorities, troubleshoot concerns, and handle multiple loan files accurately
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for supporting brokers, lenders, internal teams, and key stakeholders
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality documentation
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup while staying organized, proactive, and responsive to changing deadlines
  • Analytical, professional, and relationship-focused team player with a strong results-oriented approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services, Finance/Mortgage Broking Management, or a similar qualification is highly preferred
  • Your Daily Tasks
  • Review, clarify, and apply process updates, operational changes, and internal guidelines
  • Provide timely support to stakeholders through email, phone, and digital communication channels
  • Share subject matter guidance to help resolve inquiries, assess requirements, and support accurate outcomes
  • Identify and troubleshoot process, documentation, system, or policy-related concerns
  • Communicate key updates, workflow changes, and important requirements to relevant teams
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and service quality across all support activities
