• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Australian residential lending
• Required hands-on experience in ApplyOnline lodgement and Pricing Requests
• Experience supporting loan application preparation, submission, tracking, and post-lodgement requirements
• At least 1 year of administrative support experience in the AU mortgage or brokerage industry, including credit management exposure
• Strong knowledge of AU mortgage lending terminology, lender policies, residential loan processes, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in ApplyOnline, property valuation tools such as CoreLogic, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to review loan documents, identify missing information, follow up on requirements, and maintain high accuracy in lending data and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for broker, lender, and internal team coordination
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize multiple loan files, urgent requests, and shifting deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot lodgement, policy, or application concerns
• Self-managed, proactive, professional, relationship-focused, and comfortable supporting broker networks in a permanent remote setup
• Certificate IV in Financial Services, Finance, Mortgage Broking Management, or equivalent is highly preferred

• Troubleshoot process, documentation, product, or policy-related issues as they arise
• Review, interpret, and apply process, product, and policy updates to ensure accurate execution of daily tasks
• Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders through email, phone, and online communication channels
• Communicate important updates, changes, and requirements to relevant teams and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
• Offer subject matter guidance to help stakeholders understand requirements, resolve concerns, and complete processes accurately
