Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training on skincare treatments and procedures through both online and in-person sessions.
• Develop, update, and enhance training materials, including manuals, presentations, assessments, and interactive learning content.
• Monitor and support employee development through regular branch visits and on-site coaching (minimum of three branch deployments per week).
• Assess training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure training programs align with company standards, service protocols, and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Tourism, or any related field.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel and adapt to various branch assignments as needed.
• Open to undergoing comprehensive training and assignment at the Head Office.
• Previous experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or training industry is an advantage but not required.
