- Conduct training programs for new hires across business teams (including collections, telemarketing, and customer service), ensuring they quickly adapt to job requirements and achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate closely with business units and quality assurance teams to identify, document, and promote best practices within the organization.
- Support supervisors in planning and delivering specialized training initiatives, offering practical solutions to address real business challenges and improve employee performance.
- Monitor business processes, update training guidelines, and evaluate training effectiveness, while ensuring all training materials (e.g., courseware, manuals) are accurate and up to date.
- Manage training logistics, including venue preparation, equipment setup and testing, and the organization of training materials.
- Associate Degree or higher
- Prior training experience is preferred
- Proficient in courseware development tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
