Position: BUSINESS TRAINING SPECIALIST
  1. Conduct training programs for new hires across business teams (including collections, telemarketing, and customer service), ensuring they quickly adapt to job requirements and achieve performance targets.
  2. Collaborate closely with business units and quality assurance teams to identify, document, and promote best practices within the organization.
  3. Support supervisors in planning and delivering specialized training initiatives, offering practical solutions to address real business challenges and improve employee performance.
  4. Monitor business processes, update training guidelines, and evaluate training effectiveness, while ensuring all training materials (e.g., courseware, manuals) are accurate and up to date.
  5. Manage training logistics, including venue preparation, equipment setup and testing, and the organization of training materials.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Associate Degree or higher
  • Prior training experience is preferred
  • Proficient in courseware development tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
