Core Responsibilities
  • Handle support tickets and live chat
  • Troubleshoot basic hosting issues
  • De-escalate difficult customers
  • Escalate complex cases to senior staff
  • Follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Meet response time & CSAT targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years CS experience (any industry)
  • Intermediate computer & internet skills
  • Independent, empathetic, and patient
  • Open to night/weekend shifts
  • Willing to learn web hosting
