About the Role:

Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping others? We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Customer Care Associates. No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers from leading retail and travel brands. Whether you're helping someone track an order, book a trip, or solve a simple issue, your goal is to deliver a smooth and satisfying experience every time.

Please Note:

This position requires an in-person application and interview process. Virtual interviews are not available. We look forward to meeting you at our office!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries related to retail and travel products or services

Provide product details, resolve customer issues, and offer effective troubleshooting

Handle transactions such as orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently

Update and maintain accurate customer records

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction

Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Promote relevant products or services to help achieve sales targets

Ensure every customer interaction is friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

No prior experience required – full training will be provided

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
