CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration course

Willing to be assigned at Cebu Home and Builders Centre – Labangon.

With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are expected to complete administrative tasks in a timely manner, to assist external and internal customers efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist and entertain concerns of both internal and external customers
• Efficiently complete administrative and clerical tasks
• Handle personal and business-related transactions of the immediate superior
• Answer product inquiries and recommend product alternatives when needed
