Sales Coordinator - IT Sales

About the Role:

Will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, generate leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and effectively.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to company guidelines and call quality standards.

Who We're Looking For:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, IT, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Experience in selling ICT Solutions such as Networking (Switches, Routers, Servers), Cybersecurity, Structured Cabling, etc. (an advantage).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about tech solutions.
• Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City – accessible location, with a collaborative and dynamic office culture.
