Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, and reports
Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and project updatesMonitor sales orders, deliveries, and project status
Maintain and update customer records and sales documents
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and accounting departments
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Provide administrative support to the Sales Department
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
✔ Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course✔ Preferably with experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage but not required
✔ Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply with internship in Sales or Marketing
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Experience in construction or industrial-related industry is an advantage
