Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Accounting Technology/Financial Management.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting functions - accounts receivable management, with at least 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, collection procedures, reconciliation, aging analysis and reporting.
- Well versed in collection management, financial reporting and data analysis, process improvement and internal control implementation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- With advanced skill in MS Excel office.
