About the role
We are seeking an experienced Trainer - Healthcare to join our team at access healthcare in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for training and developing our healthcare professionals on critical aspects of their roles.
What you'll be doing- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to upskill our healthcare professionals on a range of topics including accounts receivable (AR) claims processing, customer service, and compliance
- Continuously assess training needs and adapt programmes to ensure they meet the evolving requirements of the business and our clients
- Facilitate both classroom-based and online training sessions, leveraging best-in-class training techniques and technologies
- Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees to support their professional development and growth
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials
- Track and report on training effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance the learning experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in the healthcare or customer service industry
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programmes that drive performance improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable (AR) claims processes and healthcare industry regulations
- Proficient in using training technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience
