Job Description
- Lead and manage projects involving auxiliary systems (FDAS, Nurse Call, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, etc.)
- Supervise site engineers and project‑in‑charge to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety, QA/QC, and technical standards
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of field devices in auxiliary systems
- Review technical drawings, plans, and reports for accuracy and compliance
- Manage project schedules, manpower, and resources efficiently
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on‑site issues promptly
- Licensed Electrical Engineer or ECE
- Proven experience in testing and commissioning of field devices (FDAS, Nurse Call, BMS, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and Philippine Electrical Code
- At least 1–2 years of project management experience in auxiliary systems
