Finance Associate
About the role
Reporting to the Finance Comptroller, this full-time Finance Associate position at Golden Century Marketing offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's financial operations. Based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, you will be responsible for supporting the financial accounting and reporting functions within the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and provide analysis of financial data
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or any related field
- 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
