Job Description:
Application & DFS Lead (Digital Financial Services) will oversee the management, integration, and optimization of digital financial platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations. This role is central to the company’s transition into becoming a biller in various popular e-wallets, thus managing the loan collection and disbursement of broader digital wallet initiatives.The role also requires strong project management experience to drive implementation, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of DFS projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Wallet & DFS Operations
- Lead project implementation and support of e-wallets biller services integration.
- Monitor digital wallet performance, transaction integrity, and fraud prevention controls.
- Coordinate with vendors, regulators, and internal teams for DFS compliance.
- Application Management
- Lead deployment, configuration, and maintenance of DFS-related applications.
- Document workflows, compliance notes, and audit-ready reports.
- Project Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor DFS-related projects from initiation to closure.
- Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional project teams and vendor coordination.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, IT security standards, and audit protocols.
- Support compliance initiatives (e.g., ISO 27001)
- Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise DFS support staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Provide training and guidance on DFS processes and application usage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for DFS-related escalations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in IT applications, fintech, or DFS operations.
- Project Management: Proven experience in leading IT/DFS projects, preferably with
ITIL, PMP, or Agile certification.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of digital wallets and fintech platforms.
- Experience in transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and compliance reporting.
- Solid project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability in financial technology.
