JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Administrative Assistant provides support to ensure efficient operation of the Marketing Services department. They perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including handling communication, organizing documents, and assisting team members with various duties.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Communication & Correspondence
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  1. Scheduling & Coordination
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Maintain office calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinate office events and team activities.
  1. Document & Data Management
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data entry tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
  1. Office & Administrative Support
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist in office management tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Support other employees with administrative tasks as needed.
