Job Description
Posted on 2 June 2025- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and create presentations.
- Conduct bank and government offices transactions such as SSS, PagIbig, Philhealth remittances of contributions.
- Assist in payroll processing such as issuance of pay slips.
- Assist in billing and collections.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Office Admin Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
