Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Admin Assistant to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the office team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
- Distribute and manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support other administrative and office-related tasks as required.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to assess balanced EQ with IQ
- Preferably living in Quezon City or nearby areas
