What This Role Is About
We’re looking for a high-performing, full-time Talent Sourcer based in the Philippines.
This isn’t a job posting and praying role. You’ll be actively sourcing candidates for roles like:
- Production Supervisors and Managers
- Food Development Chefs
- Social Media Content Creators
- Marketing and Procurement roles
- And others as we grow
You’ll go out and find top people, build relationships, and bring them to the table.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing- Sourcing top talent using LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, job boards, and whatever works
- Starting smart, meaningful conversations with passive candidates
- Screening and qualifying them before you pass them to us
- Booking them into interviews with our hiring managers
- Working with a team that respects your space and trusts your output

What You’ll Want to Know

You’re Perfect For This Role If You Have…- Proven success sourcing for Australian, NZ, UK, US, or Canadian companies
- Experience placing mid-level to senior candidates (not just call centre or junior admin roles)
- Confidence in matching people to jobs and company culture
- Have strong screening methods and instincts
- A self-managed, get-it-done attitude with no need for close supervision
- You’ve only posted ads and waited
- You’ve never sourced or had low success in souring passive candidates
- You’re still learning how to do this
- You don’t want to be measured by your results
This is a role for someone who’s already great at what they do—but is now looking for a place where they’ll be trusted, appreciated, and given the room to grow.
