Talent Acquisition Specialist (BPO/call center exp) - Manila

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at VidaXL, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and optimize recruitment efforts to support VidaXL’s growth.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies, including job postings, direct sourcing, and networking.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and referral programs to attract high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment data and reporting to provide insights and optimize hiring decisions.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance VidaXL’s presence in the job market.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
• Assist in onboarding new hires for a seamless transition into the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in recruitment
• Contact center / customer service center / BPO experience is preferable
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both candidates and the recruitment team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Candidates who can start immediately or with short notice are highly preferred.
