General Accounting Analyst (Start-Up and Hybrid) c/o DAA

Supports the General Accounting processes by ensuring accuracy and compliance, while contributing to efficiency and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Response for execution's (recording transactions) and period end closing.
• Process journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions to maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with payroll and project accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Assist with fixed assets accounting
• Prepare trial balances to support month-end close activities
• Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Support the processing of eliminations as part of the closing process
• Prepare financial data for reporting to assist in decision-making

• Graduate of Finance/Accounting or related field
• With at least 1-3 years' experience in General Accounting
• Support in month-end closing and financial reporting processes
• Assisting in the development of GA procedures (SOP)
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure accuracy in financial reports
• Understanding of General Accounting processes and principles
• Understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements
• Customer-focused mindset with developing relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams
• Eager to identify process improvements and learn best practices
• Strong analytical skills with a willingness to solve problems
