Management Accounting Analyst

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inventory Variance Management
- Monitor, analyze, and reconcile quantity variances from company-operated stores.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with store managers and other departments for timely resolution.
- Prepare variance reports and provide recommendations to minimize recurring shortages.
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of inventory adjustments.
- Product Monitoring Report (PMR) System Administration
- Serve as the System Administrator for the Product Monitoring Report (PMR) System.
- Maintain system master data, user access, and system configuration.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of reports.
- Coordinate with IT and system vendors regarding system issues, enhancements, and user support.
- Conduct user orientation and provide technical assistance when necessary.
- Employee Charges
- Compute and prepare employee accountability for inventory shortages or unaccounted product variances in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with HR and Payroll for salary deductions or collection processing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all employee charges.
- Agency Billing
- Prepare billings to manpower agencies for unaccounted donut variances attributable to agency personnel.
- Reconcile supporting documents and coordinate with agencies regarding billing discrepancies.
- Month-End Inventory Activities
- Coordinate and participate in month-end physical inventory counts.
- Validate inventory count results and reconcile them with system records.
- Prepare inventory reconciliation reports and necessary journal entries.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end inventory closing activities.
- Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare inventory-related schedules, reconciliations, and account analyses.
- Support audit requirements by providing complete and accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
