Supply Chain Manager (Mandarin Speaker) | Onsite | Quezon City

Shift: Monday-Friday; 6am to 3pm; Fixed weekends off

Non-negotiable Requirements:

• At least 7 years of over-all experience in supply chain management
• At least 3 years of leadership experience (at least supervisory level)
• At least HSK 4 Proficiency in Mandarin
• College level with TOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspire and guide the PH Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.

• Oversee the full spectrum of supply chain operations, from demand planning and purchasing to order processing, payment workflows, and inventory management, ensuring seamless flow and preventing stockouts or bottlenecks.

• Design and execute strategic supply chain initiatives that align with business objectives; perform comprehensive risk assessments across suppliers, production, inventory, and logistics, backed by robust contingency plans to guarantee supply continuity.

• Serve as the key PH liaison for US Supply Chain, Accounting, Sales, and Production teams, facilitating timely and transparent communication on operations, risks, and strategic priorities.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Production teams to sync efforts with business goals and drive collaborative problem-solving across departments.

• Drive supplier excellence by ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, cost, and resilience standards; lead thorough evaluations alongside US and China teams to compare quotes, lead times, capacities, risks, and costs.
