The Supply Chain Manager (Logistics Operations) is responsible for directing and optimizing the company’s logistics ecosystem, including inventory planning, warehousing operations, transportation execution, external service providers, and cost governance.

This role ensures that products are stored, handled, and delivered efficiently, safely, and within established service levels, while contributing to business performance through strong leadership, strategic planning, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all logistics functions to ensure reliable product storage and distribution.
  • Implement advanced inventory planning methods and system‑driven solutions to improve availability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Define and enhance warehousing models, distribution networks, and operational standards through continuous assessment and audits.
  • Plan and manage transportation operations, including fleet utilization, route optimization, and transport mode selection.
  • Build, govern, and strengthen relationships with third‑party logistics providers to drive performance, compliance, and long‑term value.
  • Drive logistics cost efficiency using data analytics, financial modeling, forecasting, and cross‑functional trade‑off analysis.
  • Develop and maintain logistics-related business continuity and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Ensure facilities, buildings, and equipment are properly maintained, audited, and designed to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Develop high‑performing teams through coaching, succession planning, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure logistics strategies, systems, KPIs, and OKRs directly support overall business objectives.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on managerial experience overseeing warehousing, logistics, transportation, and inventory operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership, project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and third‑party governance, with strong financial and audit exposure.
  • Proven track record of delivering operational efficiencies, cost improvements, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Solid working knowledge of logistics systems, optimization methodologies, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Willing to work full‑time in a hybrid setup based in Bicutan, Parañaque.
