• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms
• Handle order-related concerns, including refunds, returns, cancellations, and delivery follow-ups
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order tracking
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive online shopping experience
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback across e-commerce platforms

• Open to fresh graduates, preferably with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong interest in e-commerce and customer support operations
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic computer proficiency and internet navigation skills required

• Experience using CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
• Knowledge of online order fulfillment and inventory processes
