Customer Service Representative

Crystal Image Paper Marketing Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to customers shopping on our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication and problem-solving.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, shipping updates, and product inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges following company policies
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service (e-commerce, retail, call center, or hospitality preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, email, chat tools, and CRM or support systems
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
