What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
- Provide customer support in English and one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian (Bahasa), or Cambodian.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages:
- Mandarin
- Cantonese
- Korean
- Thai
- Vietnamese
- Indonesian (Bahasa)
- Cambodian
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and the required language.
- Customer service, BPO, call center, hospitality, retail, translation, or related experience is preferred but not always required.
- Comfortable using computers, multiple applications, and online systems.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
