JOB TITLE : PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICER

OVERVIEW

The Property Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of subdivision properties. The role ensures that community facilities, common areas, and property management services are maintained to high standards while promoting homeowner satisfaction and compliance with subdivision rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the subdivision and common areas
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Board, homeowners, staff, and service providers
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
  • Monitor repairs, renovations, and improvements of common facilities
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and SOPS
  • Handle and document incidents, violations, and emergency situations
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets
  • Supervise administrative staff, maintenance personnel, and security guards

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Finance, or Engineering
  • 3-5 years experience in property management, facilities management, or real estate operations
  • Hands-on experience with Residential subdivisions, condominiums, or commercial properties and Homeowners' associations (HOA)
  • Strong communication with homeowners and board members
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented but people-focused
  • Experience managing Security guards, Maintenance personnel, Administrative staff, External contractors and suppliers
  • DHSUD-accredited trainings is a plus
  • Membership in professional property management organizations is a plus
