About the role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to join the HR team at SaversAir Solutions' in Angeles City, Pampanga. As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the company's HR operations and initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
- Providing HR administrative support, including employee data management, leave administration, and payroll coordination
- Participating in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Facilitating employee engagement and development initiatives, such as training programmes and team-building activities
- Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and helping to resolve HR-related issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the achievement of organisational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the consulting or HR services industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using HR information systems and productivity tools (e.g., HRIS, Microsoft Office)
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
