They are crucial for maintaining food safety standards, organizing storage, and supporting chefs, often working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Qualifications/Requirements

Physical Stamina:Ability to stand for long hours, lift heavy objects (often 50+ pounds), and work in hot, noisy environments.

SafetyAdherence: Knowledge of sanitation protocols, chemical handling, and safety regulations.
Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy service periods.

Teamwork: A proactive and collaborative attitude to support the culinary team.

Common Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is often preferred.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Must be at least 18 years old.
