We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle procurement, inventory monitoring, and reporting. If you have strong coordination skills and attention to detail, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage purchasing from sourcing to delivery
✔ Prepare PRs/POs and coordinate with suppliers
✔ Monitor inventory and ensure stock accuracy
✔ Handle invoicing and inventory records
✔ Prepare liquidation and coordinate with Accounting
✔ Submit weekly reports and maintain documentation

✔ Support audits and ensure compliance

✅ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

Experience in procurement/inventory is an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented and can work under pressure
