Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Administration, Mathematics, or Finance.
- Solid experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized, professional, and analytical, with a keen eye for industry trends and competitor activities.
- Proven expertise in sourcing food items (seafood, vegetables, etc.) and non-food supplies (equipment, building maintenance materials, etc.).
- Manage the effective and efficient procurement of trade and non-trade products.
- Source quality suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure best value for money.
- Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to support business operations.
- Build and sustain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
