TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy Inc. is one of the Philippines’ leading driving schools and a strong advocate of defensive driving. With over 90 branches nationwide, we are committed to delivering high-quality driver education, expanding access to road safety training, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations.
We are looking for a highly capable, strategic, and results-driven Operations Head to oversee and strengthen nationwide branch operations, drive performance standards, and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee overall operations of multiple branches nationwide. (WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN VISAYAS AREA)
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard procedures.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards across all branches.
- Monitor branch performance including enrollment, revenue, productivity, and service quality.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and guide Branch Managers and Area Supervisors.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Training departments to support branch needs.
- Analyze operational reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and government requirements.
- Lead expansion support for new branch openings and onboarding.
- Handle escalated operational concerns and complex branch issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in multi-branch, retail, education, or service-based industries.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role handling multiple teams or branches.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, targets, and large-scale operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving ability.
- Willing to travel nationwide as needed.
- Experience in education, driving schools, training institutions, or franchise/branch operations is an advantage.
- Background in scaling operations and managing rapid organizational growth.
