Job Summary

The Liaison Officer serves as the primary point of contact between the law office and external parties, including clients, courts, government agencies, and other legal professionals. The role ensures smooth communication, timely coordination, and accurate exchange of information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between the law office and external stakeholders (clients, courts, government offices, prosecutors, police, regulatory bodies, and other law firms).
  • Coordinate and follow up on legal documents, filings, permits, and case-related requirements with relevant agencies.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission and retrieval of legal documents.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation by gathering information and coordinating logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures, office policies, and confidentiality standards.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and redirect them to the appropriate legal personnel when necessary.
  • Perform other administrative or coordination tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Preferably male.
  • Willing to travel even outside Tarlac.
  • Pro or Non-Pro Driver's License (able to drive 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles)
  • Previous experience in a law office, legal department, or government agency is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures, court systems, and government processes is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and record-keeping systems.
